1. Acceptance
By using neuronbim.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
neuronbim provides browser-based BIM tools, professional BIM services (modeling, CAD-to-BIM, clash detection, LOD upgrades), and BIM learning content. Some features are free; others may require a paid subscription.
3. Accounts
- You must be 13 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
- Attempt to break or probe the Service's security.
- Use the Service to send spam or harass others.
- Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the BIM models, reports, and other files you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your project data to train models or build features.
6. Paid subscriptions
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds: contact neuronbim@gmail.com within 14 days of charge for first-time refund requests. Subsequent refunds are at our discretion.
7. Professional services
BIM professional services (Modeling, CAD-to-BIM, Clash Detection, LOD Upgrade) are governed by a separate written agreement specific to the engagement. These Terms apply to your use of the website but do not replace that agreement.
8. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the Service offline for maintenance or due to events outside our control.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the tools are fit for any particular project, are error-free, or will meet specific code requirements. Always review BIM output against your project's standards and applicable codes before relying on it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
