1. Who we are
neuronbim ("we", "us") is a BIM services and tools platform operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Indonesia. Contact: neuronbim@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the service:
- Contact form submissions — your first name, last name, email address, optional subject, and message. We also log the browser user-agent and the IP address of the request for spam mitigation.
- Account data (when accounts launch) — email address and a securely hashed password, managed by Supabase Auth.
- Tool usage data (when paid features launch) — files you upload to our tools are processed in your browser and stored in your private workspace if you choose to save them. We do not read or analyze your model content.
- Payment data (when paid features launch) — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will use privacy-respecting tools (Vercel Analytics or Plausible) and update this policy.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your contact submission.
- To authenticate you and protect your data when you sign in.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe).
- To detect and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Where it lives
Submitted data is stored on Supabase (Postgres database hosted on AWS) and accessed exclusively by server-side functions running on Vercel. Both providers are subject to their own privacy commitments.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact submissions — kept until we have completed correspondence with you, then archived for up to 24 months for follow-up reference.
- Account data — kept while your account is active. Closed accounts are purged within 90 days.
- Payment records — retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email neuronbim@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject.
7. Cookies
We do not currently set non-essential cookies. When accounts launch, Supabase Auth will set a session cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you logged in.
8. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the home page or via email if you have an account.
