Quick Start
- Fill in Project Information — project name, model name, discipline, checker, and dates.
- Work through the checklist — tick each item as you verify it in Revit.
- Items with a camera icon require an evidence screenshot before they can be ticked.
- Click Export PDF to generate the quality report.
Checklist
- Use the filter buttons above the checklist to view items by category.
- Each item has a priority badge: Critical, High, or Medium.
- Expand any item to read the verification description and view attached evidence photos.
- Add custom categories and items using the Manage Checklist panel on the right.
Evidence Photos
- When you tick an evidence-required item, the evidence modal opens — upload a screenshot from Revit.
- Use the slider under each image to control how wide it appears in the exported PDF.
- Add an optional image title to label it in the report. Click any image to view it full-size.
Projects
A project saves everything — checklist progress, evidence photos, and project information.
| Save as Project | Downloads a .json file to your Downloads folder and saves a copy to browser storage. |
| Import JSON | Load a project from a .json file you previously downloaded. |
| Open | Load a project saved in browser storage on this device. |
| Update | Overwrite the stored version with the current checklist state. |
| Export | Re-download the .json file without changing stored state. |
| New Project | Clear the current checklist and start fresh — you will be asked to choose a template. |
The header shows the project name. A * means you have unsaved changes.
Templates
- A template stores the checklist structure — categories, items, and descriptions — but not progress or evidence.
- Open Projects → Templates tab → Save as Template to save the current structure as a
.json file.
- When starting a New Project, pick any saved template or import a
.json template file.
- The built-in Default BIM Checklist is always available and cannot be deleted.
